Returns:

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage, we can provide a low-cost shipping label on request from the customer, with the associated cost deducted from the refunded amount. International returns require postage to be purchased by the customer.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly refrain from returning your purchase directly to the retailer.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Following this, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Subsequently, contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay. If, after completing these steps, you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us.

Shipping:

To return your product, please email us, and we will generate a shipping label for you.
