Delivery Attempts

DHL will make multiple attempts to deliver your package to the provided address. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, a notice will be left, and further instructions for redelivery or pickup will be provided. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address during the scheduled delivery times.

Payment Failure and Order Return

The cargo will be returned to WheelsOnRail if the recipient does not pay the VAT and taxes owed to DHL. In these circumstances, we will reimburse your order after subtracting the following expenses:

  • Shipping cost incurred for outbound shipment.
  • Return shipping cost charged by DHL.
  • Administrative fee to cover processing and handling expenses.

EORI Number Requirement for EU Businesses

If an EORI number is needed, kindly provide it to us either at the time of ordering or once the order has been placed.
